How to find us...

Arriving by car from the M8 (Eastbound)

  1. Exit the M8 at junction 3 (pass by Junction 3A), signposted Livingston.
  2. Take the first exit available at the roundabout for the A899 southbound.
  3. Take the first exit off the A899 at the Houstoun Interchange.
  4. Go right at the roundabout.
  5. Go straight through the next roundabout.
  6. Take the first exit off the next roundabout.
  7. Again, take the first exit off at Newyearfield Roundabout.
  8. Go first left at the small, pebble covered roundabout onto Fulmar Brae.
  9. Take the first right and follow the road along to the left. There is on-street parking available.

Arriving by car from the M8 (Westbound)

  1. Exit the M8 at junction 3, signposted Livingston.
  2. Take the left-hand fork on the slip road and join the A899 southbound.
  3. Continue as above (Eastbound instructions), starting at point 3.

Arriving by car from the A71 (Either direction)

  1. Head for Livingston along the A71.
  2. Take the exit for the A899 northbound at the Lizzie Bryce roundabout.
  3. Take the last exit off the A899, named the Houstoun Interchange, and signposted for Uphall Station and Ladywell.
  4. Take the first exit at the roundabout.
  5. Continue as above (Eastbound instructions), starting at point 6.

Arriving by Rail

Lumen Spiriti (marked 'L') is about a 15 minute walk from Livingston North Train Station (marked 'T'). It is an unmanned station but there is a taxi rank nearby.

  1. Head downhill from the bridge that goes over the rail track to the Eliburn North Roundabout (marked 'E') at the bottom.

Arriving by Bus

Bus service 16, operated by First Bus, runs very close to Fulmar Brae. Alight at Da Vinci's. This bus starts at Stand D in the Livingston Centre Bus Station (click here for bus times).
