Preparing for a Treatment

We have the following suggestions to help you get the most from your treatment:

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Avoid jeans, if possible, and include socks and long-sleeves, as your body temperature may drop during the treatment, as you relax.
• Avoid eating heavily before the treatment.
• Avoid alcohol before and after a treatment.
• Allow a little extra time for a consultation at the start of the first appointment.
